Virgin Hair Loft requires deposits on the following:

• Purchases of hair bundles that are not available in store.
• Purchases of customized wigs.

For customized wigs, please allow 1-2 weeks for your items to be ready for pick up at Virgin Hair Loft. For hair products, you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days. We will notify you by phone or by email when your order arrives.

Once your order arrives, customers will have five (5) business days to pick up their order. If the customer fail to pick up their order, the order will be canceled and the process will restart. This includes paying another deposit for customized wigs or bundles.
