CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched, we process all orders as quickly as possible within 24 hours upon placing your order, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it has been placed.Cancellation requests after an order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.

Friendly Notice: If you did not receive your 10-digit tracking number within 72 hours after placing your order, your E-mail service provider may have sent it to your spam folder, please check there also. In the case you still are not able to locate your tracking number, please contact us for further assistance.
